Job Summary
Responsible for designing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to attract qualified real estate sellers and ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment pipeline. This role leads the development of sourcing plans, manages multi-channel recruitment campaigns, establishes partnerships, and analyzes sourcing performance to meet sales manpower requirements. The Talent Attraction/Sourcing Manager works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals, brand positioning, and compliance standards.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing Output & Conversion
- Number of qualified leads generated per month
- Lead-to-applicant conversion rate
Efficiency & Quality Metrics
- Cost per lead / cost per hire
- Turnaround time for sourcing and endorsements
- Quality of hire (performance after onboarding)
Strategic Initiatives
- Execution of quarterly recruitment campaigns
- Process improvements and automation efforts
- Implementation of innovative sourcing programs
SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Digital Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Facebook Recruitment Ads
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Ability to analyze sourcing funnel metrics, generate recruitment dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Market Research: Understanding of real estate market trends, competitor sourcing practices, salary/commission benchmarks, and talent pool demographics.
- Recruitment Marketing: Experience in branding, content development, ad optimization, A/B testing, and campaign performance evaluation.
- Process Optimization: Knowledge of recruitment workflows, automation tools, and lead conversion strategies.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with DOLE guidelines related to non-employee seller engagement.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Digital Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Project Management are preferred but not required.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
