JOB SUMMARY:
The Leasing and Malls Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the leasing of retail and commercial spaces within the mall, as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property. This role acts as a bridge between tenants, the leasing team, and operations, ensuring smooth onboarding of tenants, efficient mall operations, and a high standard of service delivery to tenants and customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leasing Support:

Assist in sourcing and screening prospective tenants.

Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and other related documentation.

Coordinate and support lease negotiations with prospective tenants under the guidance of the Leasing Manager.

Track lease expirations, renewals, and vacancies.

Maintain and update leasing databases and CRM systems.

Assist in tenant fit-out coordination and handover processes.
Mall Operations:

Support daily mall operations to ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment.

Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities with service providers.

Monitor tenant compliance with mall operational standards, lease terms, and safety regulations.

Liaise with tenants to address operational concerns and service requests.

Help organize and execute mall events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Monitor utilities consumption, service charges, and other operational costs as needed.
Administrative & Reporting:

Generate and analyze leasing and operations reports.

Maintain organized records of leases, contracts, and communications.

Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments on lease and operations-related matters.

Support budgeting and cost control efforts for mall operations.

Facilitate requests for payments such as utilities and other billing-related matters.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

1-3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or mall operations preferred.

Knowledge of retail leasing and basic understanding of mall operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of property management systems is a plus.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSES REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
