The Duty Manager represents hotel management on a daily basis, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments. This role supports the Front Office Manager in operations, planning, and audits, while upholding the hotel's core values, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight - Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring all departments deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Guest Experience - Handle guest concerns, assist with VIP arrivals/departures, and ensure a welcoming, service-oriented environment
- Team Leadership - Provide guidance to staff, enforce standards of excellence, and coordinate with department heads on performance and issues
- Revenue Management - Support room sales strategies, monitor occupancy, manage room allocations, and identify upselling opportunities
- Coordination - Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for room readiness, special requests, and seamless guest service
- Quality Control - Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with standards

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage operations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure a seamless guest experience while driving service excellence across the property.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in hotel operations (Front Office or Rooms Division), with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Good understanding of hotel systems, room revenue management, and operational procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willing to work in Clark
