Industrial Technician - Concrete Batching Plant

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for repair and maintain of the plant.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustments or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes and advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Test electrical systems on continuity of circuits of equipment, and fixtures using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Maintain current electricians license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
• Layout and install electrical wirings for Plant/equipment and fixtures based on equipment/ plant/part manufacturing specifications and in compliance to local codes.
• Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
• To perform other task assigned by Supervisor wherein he can assist various ECPD group when available.
• Can read and interpret load chart.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational Graduate - Electrical related course / College Graduate - Electrical Engineer 
• Must have at-least a year of experience in the same field.
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba City Batching Plant.
• Can start immediately
