Job Summary

Drive sales revenue for The Filinvest Tent and Printing Services through proactive business development and "end-to-end" account management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing of The Filinvest Tent and Inhouse Printing Business:

    • Drive the end-to-end sales process to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue quotas for both The Filinvest Tent rentals and In-house Printing services.
    • Execute offsite sales visits  to secure new venue bookings and printing contracts
    • Develop promotional campaigns and monitor competitor activities to provide actionable market insights during strategic meetings.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts, ensuring long-term retention through regular check-ins and personalized service.
    • Lead comprehensive technical and logistical meetings with venue clients to document all requirements, ensuring zero deviations during execution.
    • Identify and convert opportunities for printing requirements (collaterals, large format, etc.) by providing accurate cost estimates.
    • Oversee the transition from sales to creatives, ensuring that both event setups and printed materials meet the client’s exact specifications.
  • Administrative:

    • Draft and issue professional proposals and contracts promptly; ensure all confirmed venue accounts are accurately encoded in the IFCA System.
    • Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all client agreements, waivers, printing specifications, and project cost estimates.
    • Submit weekly and monthly sales and operational reports for both the venue and printing business, adhering to all department deadlines.
  • Other Functions:

    • Cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and other departments to align business strategies with overall corporate objectives
    • Any other duties or assignments delegated by the department or company

    Decision Making, Negotiation & Contract Management, Sales Expertise

    Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

    Graduate of any 4-year course (Business Administration), With sales and accounts management experience
