Job Summary
The Marketing Supervisor/Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing key marketing initiatives at Filinvest Innovation Parks (FIP). This role involves the conceptualization and production of creative materials, such as event posters and videos, managing relationships with external agencies, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring the wellness of FIP’s marketing offices. Additionally, the role includes competitive market scanning and event execution to support FIP's marketing goals. The role also requires close coordination with the team to fulfill all marketing and branding needs of the business unit, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Materials Production (30%) Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality creative materials for marketing initiatives, including event posters, social media assets, videos, and other promotional content. Agency Coordination (10%) Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials and services while monitoring SLAs. Office Wellness (5%) Ensure the proper upkeep, functionality, and aesthetic of the marketing offices to maintain a productive and inspiring workspace. Competitive Scanning (5%) Conduct regular competitive analysis and provide reports on industry trends, competitor activities, and market positioning to inform marketing strategies. Event Execution (30%) Plan and execute marketing events, from conceptualization to on-site management, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external teams. Team Coordination (10%) Collaborate with the marketing team to fulfill all marketing and branding needs of the business unit, ensuring alignment with Filinvest Innovation Parks' established brand guidelines. Collaboration (10%) Work closely with the marketing manager/senior manager to align with broader marketing strategies and contribute to team initiatives.Technical Competencies and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, creative production
