Role Overview

The In-House Sales Head will lead and drive the overall performance of PROMAX. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, building a high-performing sales organization, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the in-house sales team to consistently achieve revenue and volume targets

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics; implement data-driven improvements

  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales managers and property specialists

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project launches and sales execution

  • Uphold strong customer experience standards and sales governance practices

  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to leadership

  • Implement initiatives to improve productivity, retention, and overall team engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Strong track record in leading high-performing sales teams and delivering targets

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented

  • Experience managing in-house sales teams within real estate developers is highly preferred
