Job Summary
The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership of assigned business units within Filinvest Land, Inc. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that directly support and drive business objectives. The HRBP will leverage their expertise across all HR domains—including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management—to provide proactive solutions, coach leaders, and champion a culture of high performance and engagement.Duties and Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Strategic HR Consulting & Advisory

Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals,
operational challenges, and workforce needs.

Translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives and
programs that drive results.
· Provide expert counsel and coaching to senior leaders on all people-related matters, including organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
·
Lead workforce planning efforts for the business unit, identifying
future talent needs and developing strategies to address skill gaps.

Drive key talent management processes, including succession planning,
talent reviews, and the identification and development of high-potential
employees.
· Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment strategies attract the right talent to meet the business unit's specific needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
·
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting
effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
·
Analyze trends in employee engagement survey results and partner with
leaders to develop and implement action plans to improve morale and
productivity.

Act as a champion for the company culture, ensuring that organizational
values are embedded in all people processes.
Performance & Organizational Effectiveness
·
Coach managers on the performance management process, helping them set
clear goals, provide effective feedback, and handle performance issues
constructively.

Guide leaders through organizational change initiatives, providing
expertise in communication, team structuring, and transition planning.

Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and support
data-driven decision-making for business leaders.

• The ideal candidate must have experience working within a Human Resources Department and/or a confidential environment • At least 5 years’ experience in handling HR generalist role in a supervisory capacity • With relevant experience in employee relations and handling disciplinary actions • With relevant experience implementing employee engagement programs
