Job Summary:
The Recruitment Marketing (Creatives) Intern will assist the Talent Acquisition team in crafting and executing employer branding materials that attract top talent. This role focuses on creating visual content for social media, recruitment campaigns, and events. It is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate branding, content creation, and recruitment marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Content Production
- Design recruitment posters, reels, and videos for social media and internal campaigns
- Support the development of weekly content calendars and publish engaging posts
- Sourcing Program Branding
- Create visual assets for sourcing initiatives like employee referral and ambassador programs
- Assist in monitoring the branding of these programs across online channels
- Event Collateral Design & Coverage
- Design materials (e.g., banners, IDs, giveaways) for job fairs and campus events
- Help document events through photos and short-form video content
- Brand Asset Organization
- Maintain a digital archive of editable templates, photos, and design files
- Coordinate with printing vendors for marketing materials when needed
- Research & Collaboration
- Stay updated on recruitment marketing trends and assist in creative brainstorming
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across outputs
- Other Related Tasks
- Support ad-hoc creative and branding requests from the recruitment team
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas to improve engagement
