Job Summary

Drives Shared Services-wide CI, documentation governance, KPI structuring, and operational excellence strategy enforcement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage PE roadmap and project pipeline.

• Oversee KPI governance and enterprise scorecards.

• Drive standardization & process harmonization.

• Approve SOP structures and documentation standards.

• Lead medium–large CI projects.

• Oversee performance review routines.

• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives

.• Coach Leads and Analysts.

Technical Competencies and Skills

• Advanced analytics & dashboarding (Power BI, DAX).• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.• Workflow and automation design understanding.• Process modeling (BPMN) expertise.• KPI framework & governance design.• Shared Service maturity frameworks.• Transformation & change management tools (Prosci

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s a plus.• Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.• 6–9 years relevant experience.
