Job Summary

The FP&A Associate supports both pricing analysis and contracts documentation, ensuring IT services are priced accurately and supported by complete and organized agreements. The position works closely with finance, operations, and business units to maintain transparency, consistency, and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

50% Supports the development and maintenance of pricing for IT services by preparing cost-based models, validating inputs with relevant teams, and ensuring consistency with approved frameworks. Provides analysis on service costs, prepares estimates for new initiatives, and generates reports to support transparency and informed decision-making.

50% Ensures all service arrangements are properly documented by maintaining contracts, tracking key terms and renewals, and aligning agreements with actual services and pricing. Coordinates with stakeholders to secure approvals, supports contract updates, and keeps documentation organized and accessible for reference and compliance.

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining pricing models for IT services and solutions.

  • Support computation of service pricing based on cost inputs, allocation drivers, and approved pricing frameworks.

  • Coordinate with infrastructure, operations, and finance teams to validate cost components used in pricing.

  • Prepare financial analysis and costing support for new service requests, projects, or initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation of pricing assumptions, cost drivers, and supporting calculations.

  • Support periodic review and updates of service pricing to ensure alignment with cost structures.

  • Consolidate data and prepare reports related to pricing and cost recovery.

  • Assist in evaluating pricing impacts for new services or changes in operational costs.

  • Ensure pricing documentation and records are organized and accessible for reference.

  • Support finance leadership in preparing pricing-related materials and analysis when needed.
