Job Summary
Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates the maintenance of the shopping Centre equipment’s and facilities. Performs duties related to the evaluation, installation, operation, and maintenance of both electrical and / or mechanical system.Duties and Responsibilities

1. System and Equipment Maintenance and
Project Management · Develops comprehensive
annual maintenance, repair, and special projects work program. Oversees the
installation, maintenance, repair, and project implementation on all
machineries, equipment, utilities, and devices of the whole mall facility for
both electrical and / or mechanical system.
· Reads and interprets
mechanical and / or electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams
and ensures that everything is according to both Plant and mall/ building
standards. · Must be able to ensure and
maintain all continuous normal operation of all machineries, equipment,
utilities, and devices of the whole plant facility by assuring that the
developed maintenance program is executed according to plan · Oversees and approves all
proposed, ongoing, and accomplished maintenance and repair works, and special
projects · Must be able to ensure and
maintain the power station with regular annual preventive including lighting
& auxiliary. · Regularly monitoring the
declared work schedule progress and annual work program of all equipment’s
and monitoring the operation of room temperature. · Reviews, studies and convey innovative Ideas for different research
involving various equipment ·
Investigates electrical failures. Inspects and tests installed
electrical / mechanical equipment and apparatus to locate electrical faults
and checks their operation, using volt meters, ammeters and other electrical
test instruments and equipment. · Facilitates electrical
upgrading / provision, telephone, FDAS and POS provision.

Team Management · Supervises, coordinates,
and schedules the activities of the whole team · Establishes methods to meet
work schedules and coordinates work activities with other department. · Resolves team work problems
and recommends work measures to improve productivity. · Implements proper team
coordination · Implements / monitors
approved ENERCON program · Hires, trains, and
supervises staff.
3. Administrative Management and Coordination · Must be able to maintain
all activities and preventive work program schedule also the proper
coordination to other department prepares and submit the projection plan for
ENERCON. · Conduct weekly meeting to
discuss all schedules and open to mention of technical problem to other
department. · Coordinate properly and
discuss according to safety standard and maintain zero accident. ·
Ability to facilitate briefing & training of new hired employees. ·
Verification and signing of work permit for tenants and mall
contractors · Monitors,
records, and system entry for the utility consumption of tenant for water and
gas. · Provide
supporting documents for permits and clearances to the permitting officer for
compliance for LGU, Government, and other agencies requirement. |

A bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or in a related engineering discipline is required. Licensing by PRC (Philippine Regulatory Board) is required.
