FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark

He/She is responsible for assisting in the organization, and administration of all operational aspects for the F&B Department. He/She handles daily administrative duties for F&B Division, oversees daily office operations and ensures effective communication in the F& B Department. 

  • Handle all administrative works in the F&B department
  • Handles clerical works for the F&B Director
  • Keep tracks of all documents and requests for proper proccessing and filing
  • Implements daily, weekly, and monthly checklist for all F&B departments. Ensures proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency
  • Coordinates the activities of Supervisors/Captains/Waiters/Hostess and Bartenders to ensure that the F&B outlets operate smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage office consumables and storeage layout, suggest improvements, implement changes as needed or directed.
  • Maintain telephone system
  • Consolidates monthly report and other reports for the outlets as required
  • Perform other task and duties that may be assigned by head. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Managements or any equiavalent course
  • At least 2 years in the same position 
  • Tech savvy
  • Good communication skills 
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work onsite in Clark Pampanga
