About the job Financial Analyst
Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for the evaluation of operations and finances, doing research to improve the business, develop or improve strategies. He/She prepares project studies, forecasts, financial runs etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of accounting and other required reports and projections
- Evaluate capex and asset depreciation.
- Establish and evaluate records and financial statements.
- Provide financial models and forecasts.
- Coordinate with other members of finance team when needed to review financial information and forecasts.
- Identify financial performance trends and financial risks and provide recommendation.
- Do analysis of inventory and all other accounts as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of project studies/reit infusions.
- Do any other tasks as required by management.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
- Preferably graduate of BS in Accountancy (Preferably CPA; certification is considered an advantage.)
- Non-BSA graduates may be considered (Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Major in Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or any related field in business)
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
and planning, financial modelling. - With experience in real estate, retail, audit firms, consulting, or BPO is
preferred.
