Job Summary

The Financial Analyst is responsible for the evaluation of operations and finances, doing research to improve the business, develop or improve strategies. He/She prepares project studies, forecasts, financial runs etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of accounting and other required reports and projections
  • Evaluate capex and asset depreciation.
  • Establish and evaluate records and financial statements.
  • Provide financial models and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with other members of finance team when needed to review financial information and forecasts.
  • Identify financial performance trends and financial risks and provide recommendation.
  • Do analysis of inventory and all other accounts as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of project studies/reit infusions.
  • Do any other tasks as required by management.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

  • Preferably graduate of BS in Accountancy (Preferably CPA; certification is considered an advantage.)
  • Non-BSA graduates may be considered (Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Major in Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or any related field in business)
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
    and planning, financial modelling.
  • With experience in real estate, retail, audit firms, consulting, or BPO is
    preferred.
