Job Summary
The Marketing Supervisor – People Programs is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of employee engagement, employer branding, organizational culture, and people-focused marketing initiatives across the Corporate Office and Sales organization. The role collaborates closely with Human Resources and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that enhance employee experience, strengthen the employer brand, and support organizational objectives. The position manages assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely execution, effective stakeholder coordination, and alignment with the company's brand standards and values.
Duties and Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan, develop, and execute employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage the annual calendar of employee engagement activities and special programs.
- Coordinate with Human Resources and business units to implement initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to strengthen the company's employer value proposition.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, career fairs, onboarding activities, and talent attraction programs.
- Develop employer branding assets and promotional materials.
Program & Event Management
- Lead the planning and execution of internal events, employee activities, and corporate programs.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers, venues, and event logistics.
- Ensure quality execution and compliance with company standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and service providers to ensure successful implementation of assigned initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor project progress, participation, and program effectiveness.
- Prepare post-activity evaluations and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and records for assigned programs.
Technical Competencies and Skills
