Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides assistance to employees and company matters related to medical care
- Coordinates with accredited hospitals and clinics and administers HMO to company employees
- Assist and coordinate with HR on HMO concerns
- Oversees clinic management tasks and assists with clinic admin functions
- Schedules and oversee the Annual Physical Examination (APE) and medical requirements of employees
- Arrange Health Awareness Programs
- Responsible for compliance and implementation of DOLE-OSH Programs
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Nursing
- must be a Registered Nurse with an active PRC license
- at least 3 years of related work experience from a reputable company
- With training and/or background in Standard First Aid and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
- Must have the ability to keep confidential information
- Possesses a sense of urgency and responsibility
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
