Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance to employees and company matters related to medical care
  • Coordinates with accredited hospitals and clinics and administers HMO to company employees
  • Assist and coordinate with HR on HMO concerns
  • Oversees clinic management tasks and assists with clinic admin functions
  • Schedules and oversee the Annual Physical Examination (APE) and medical requirements of employees
  • Arrange Health Awareness Programs
  • Responsible for compliance and implementation of DOLE-OSH Programs

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Nursing
  • must be a Registered Nurse with an active PRC license
  • at least 3 years of related work experience from a reputable company
  • With training and/or background in Standard First Aid and Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
  • Must have the ability to keep confidential information
  • Possesses a sense of urgency and responsibility
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication skills
