About the job Steward Supervisor
To support the F & B team by ensuring the availability of equipment and the safety, cleanliness and hygiene of areas and equipment as per international standards in order to maximize organizational profitability and customer satisfaction in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee morale.
Key Areas:
1. Systems/Operations
2. Staff/Training
3. Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
- At least Highschool Graduate/ Certificate course in F&B is an advantage
- 2 years hands-on experience in a stewarding department in 3 to 5 star hotels
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
- Good organizational skills
- Computer literate
