Cost Monitoring Engineer

This position is for SharePro Inc. a Filinvest subsidiary

Updating of budget report

• Update budget report for every awarded contract packages, Change Orders, Purchase Order;
• Update budget report for every Contract Listing, Variation Order Listing;
• Re-allocate budget for OSM as basis of reference by E-procurement/External CM;

Re-alignment of new Budget report based on the updated monitoring format

• Preparation of monthly budget report / New Budget Report Template.

Budget re-allocation and reconciliation

• Coordinate with other departments (Business Development, Accounting, Planning, Construction Management, Contract Admin) regarding re-allocation of budget as necessary;
• Reconciliation of Budget Report Monitoring with Accounting/Contract Admin/Planning records.

Coordination on Budget Issues

• Coordination with other departments (Business Development, Accounting, Planning, Construction Management, Contract Admin) regarding budget issues and concerns

Unit Cost and PR Monitoring and Approval

• Providing estimated unit cost for the OSM, and coordination with respective departments for the possible re-allocation of budget for the OSM.
• Monitoring, checking, and approval of PR in E-proc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering College Graduate
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Can also have 1 year of working experience.
• Licensed Civil Engineer
