KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing/ Leasing Functions
· Prospect for potential tenants and lessors
· Attain 85% of set target per project assignment as leased out units.
· Participate in the outreach marketing activities on regular basis to obtain prospective tenants and lessors.
· Receive telephone call inquiry of property owner and attend to walk-in clients · Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
· Update the rental/vacancy board on a weekly basis (including the current rental rates)
· Check latest marketing trends of competitors · Follow up on all lease renewals.
· Able to explain scope and services thoroughly to the property owners.
· Able to explain Condominium Corporation House Rules to the Lessee.
· Regularly check cleanliness of enrolled units and give appropriate feedbacks to unit owners, as necessary.
· Assist move-in/ move-out procedure of tenants. · Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Administrative/ Customer Relations
· Maintain and submit a daily, weekly and monthly report to the immediate head. i.e. (1) Collection (2) Enrolled units for lease (3) Leased out units
· Monitor the lease contract tenure for possible renewal (i.e. 2 months prior end of lease contract) · Prepare the lease service agreement of the property owner.
· Prepare the contract of the Lessors and Lessee. · Responsible for proper maintenance of all residents and property leasing files.
· Adhere to the company's policies and procedures, e.g. attendance, work ethics, etc.
· All other tasks as may be required by the company.
