Filinvest Resort: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA BORACAY
Work-base: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target MICE groups within the pharmaceutical, insurance, and BPO/IT industries. Identify and prioritize potential clients, set sales targets, and create action plans to achieve objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site inspections to showcase the resort's facilities and services.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and enhance the resort's competitive positioning.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and contracts that meet the specific needs and budgets of MICE clients. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
- Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress towards goals, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize revenue. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the resort's operations, marketing, and revenue management teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and service delivery. Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members as needed.
- Brand Promotion: Represent Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance the resort's visibility and reputation within the MICE market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on MICE groups.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, insurance, and BPO/IT industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Amenable to work in Muntinlupa City.
