Accounting Analyst - SMEC Budget Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

Review and record in BMR the released Activity budget in compliance with the company standard policy. Assist in the preparation of the SME monitoring and other required reports. Review and recommends for approval MSF/PPP requests.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

BUDGET REQUESTS

• Review and record in BMR the released activity budget in accordance with the company standard cost of SME
• Review and recommend for approval MSF/PPP requests
• Create ticket for digital ads

REPORTS

• Prepare monthly actual SME reports
• Prepare and update monthly fixed expenses
• Prepare monthly summary of post-morten report
• Prepare the monthly PPP/MSF consumption
• Provide to Payroll the charging code of S&M newly hired employees

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
