POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Associate - Compensation and Benefits is responsible for overseeing and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. They ensure that the company's compensation packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. This role involves analyzing compensation data, managing employee benefits programs, and providing guidance on compensation-related matters.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
- Prepare Computation and RFP of SSS sickness and maternity benefits
- Encoding and updating government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth Contribution and SSS Salary loan) every 1st of the month both online and manual report.
- On time reporting of the newly hired employees on SSS R1-A and Philhealth ER2
- Approved all SSS loan of the project employees and ensure the on-time deduction of the loans reported to the payroll department.
- Ensures that company complies with the government regulations and standards on employee benefits.
- Advise HR Head regarding HR policies and programs on Compensation & Benefit.
- Monitor Enrollment of employees HMO (project based).
- Prepare and monitoring RFP for billing Pre-Employment HMO.
- Assist the Project based employees concern in HMO (Ex. reimbursement and financial assistance claims).
- Coordinating with the Eastwest bank the ATM payroll account number of newly hired employee (Managers to R&F employees) not included project admin workers and operators.
- On time process of Sapphire deletion for the separated employees.
- Verifying the SSS loan balances of separated employees for deduction on their final pay.
- Other tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of any behavioral sciences course or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in human resources as a specialist or equivalent in compensation and benefits
- Can advise employees on compensation and benefit concerns.
- Can make weekly and monthly compben reports.
- Can liaise with government agencies, banks and other offices.
- Able to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa Head Office.
- Project Based Contract (12 Months)
- Can start as soon as possible.
