JOB SUMMARY:
Registration Associate supports the Registration Team Lead by performing; 1) Accurate preparation of documentary requirements necessary to process the Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Tittle and Tax Declaration and 2) Qualifies taxes and ensures it is paid on tie to avoid penalties and delinquencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares the documents/folders (based on the approved checklist of documentary requirements), ensures the accuracy of dockets, endorses dockets for Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessor's Office filing and liaises with representative of service provider, monitor the release of Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration.
- Qualifies accounts for Real Property Tax (RPT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
- Qualifies accounts for Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
- Qualifies accounts for Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), requests for payments, endorses accounts for payments and liaises with representative of service provider, encode the RPT receipts in the system, prepares the receipts for liquidation.
- Performs other administrative/clerical tasks being assigned by Team Lead from time to time.
- Sends daily productivity report to team lead every end of the day.
- Works closely with Registration Team Lead to ensure the Departments target are met, learn new processes/policies, and technology/system.
