About the job F&B Service Attendant
Filinvest Company: Crimson Resort and Spa Boracay
Responsibilities:
- Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities
- Monitors applicable laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
- Monitors purchasing practices to ensure compliance with Crimson policy and procedures.
- Contributes to Crimson growth by identifying and communicating potential development opportunities.
- Establishes and maintains effective communications with owning company and keeps fully aware of its organizational and operating structure.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
- At all times, projects a favorable image of Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay to the public.
- Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and Core Values of Crimson Hospitality, and ensures that the employees practice the same.
- Performs other assignment as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the General Manager or the owner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- At least 1 year of experience as Waiter/Waitress, with traceable career history gained from a 5* Hotel/Resort.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage: An understanding of food and beverage service, including a familiarity with the menu, wine, and cocktail offerings, is an advantage.
