Responsibilities:

  • Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
  • Prepares reports as necessary to develop a more informative database for improved Management decision-making and critical evaluation of work activities
  • Monitors applicable laws and regulations and ensures compliance.
  • Monitors purchasing practices to ensure compliance with Crimson policy and procedures.
  • Contributes to Crimson growth by identifying and communicating potential development opportunities.
  • Establishes and maintains effective communications with owning company and keeps fully aware of its organizational and operating structure.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other Hotel employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
  • At all times, projects a favorable image of Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay to the public.
  • Practices and role-models the Guiding Principles and Core Values of Crimson Hospitality, and ensures that the employees practice the same.
  • Performs other assignment as defined by the needs of the property or as directed by the General Manager or the owner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience as Waiter/Waitress, with traceable career history gained from a 5* Hotel/Resort.
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage: An understanding of food and beverage service, including a familiarity with the menu, wine, and cocktail offerings, is an advantage.
