POSITION: OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - OSSO
JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Associate - OSSO's primary responsibilities are:
- to assist and coordinates inquiries, follow-ups, and/or complaints of walk-in clients,
- liaises with internal and external unit in-charge to provide accurate information,
- policy & processes implementation anchored by necessary skills & competencies,
- accepts and reviews the documents and all requirements submitted for tagging
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course such as Marketing, Management, Finance, Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- Preferably at least 1-year work experience in Real Estate Industry. Work experience in any customer service oriented industry is also acceptable. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to relocate/commute, and to be assigned at FLI Bulacan Office.
- Willing to do field works.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists walk-in clients (whose accounts are existing/booked) regarding their specific concerns whether they may be inquiries, requests, follow ups, and/or complaints.
- Monitors all buyers' requests and complaintes resolutions.
- Reviews and evaluates submitted documents for tagging and for booking
- Ensures the consistency, completeness and correctness of the date in each of the documents submitted
- Accepts and do work list coming from other teams as a support
- Prepares and submits daily reports such as productivity report.
- Expected to support activities that Team Leader and/or Department Head assign to the OSSO Associate within one's capacity.
- Maintains a professional image that is representative of FLI's quality service when serving clients.
- Maintains the cleanliness, orderliness, and queue length within the assigned service areas/lounges
- Attends to Open House and other Sales Activities
Competencies and Skills Required:
- With good Communication Skills (Oral and Written Communication)
- High sense of responsibility and urgency in dealing with external and internal clients
- Has the ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, and gather more information if necessary and can immediately identify key/critically important issues which should be addressed and or coordinated/escalated to the Proper Person/unit.
- Can express ideas clearly and can communicate to all type of persons.
- Can work independently and identify potentially more effective methods of work operation.
- Can manage time effectively and can make appropriate decisions following the company policy.
