JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Support Assistant will assist with product marketing, lead generation, sales efforts, and ensuring administrative efficiency across various marketing activities. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in crafting and implementing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with creative mind
  • Willing to do fieldwork

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Integrated Activation Platforms:

  • Collaborates with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop integrated activation platforms for assigned projects.
  • Coordinates with external vendors and agencies to execute activation plans efficiently.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of activation platforms, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Place Branding:

  • Implements brand standards for assigned projects and territory business spaces, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Works closely with design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling sellers' tools.
  • Conducts market research to understand consumer preferences and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Implementation:

  • Oversees the on-ground implementation of CSR initiatives, including community outreach programs, environmental sustainability efforts, and employee volunteer activities.
  • Liaises with internal stakeholders and external partners to organize CSR events and initiatives. 
  • Measures the impact of CSR activities and prepare post-activity reports

Product Marketing:

  • Supports product marketing efforts by assisting in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to create marketing materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Conducts market analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and differentiation.

Leads and Sales Generation:

  • Assists in lead generation activities through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Provides marketing support to sales representatives as needed.

Administrative Hygiene:

  • Ensures the accuracy and completeness of marketing-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and budget reports, in a timely manner.
  • Maintains organized files and databases to facilitate easy access to marketing materials and information.
  • Assists in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating logistics for marketing events.
  • Additionally, collaborates with the Business Process team and Finance to conduct and prepare timely post-mortem reports
