POSITION: Operations Assistant - HDMF Financing (LIAISON)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Customer Financing-HDMF Associate processes the housing loan applications and service requests regarding HDMF loan concerns. They ensure that HDMF financing accounts will be applied and processed for a housing loan and assigned service requests are completed within the standard processing time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree on any 4-year course. Preferably related to Management, Finance and/or Information Sciences or any computational courses
  • Preferably with 1 year experience on HDMF processing or any other related industry.
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Willing to commute and to be assigned at FLI Muntinlupa Office.
  • Willing to do Field Works.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Acts as the primary liaison between the company and government offices, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and retrieval of loan folders and other folder documents. Maintains positive working relationships with Pag-IBIG/Bank officers and representatives to facilitate smooth processing, clarify requirements, and resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Effectively and appropriately communicates with clients through phone, email, or in person to address concerns and collect needed documents or payments, and works with internal teams to ensure loan documents are complete and accurate before endorsing to Pag-IBIG/Bank.
  3. Ensures that service requests assigned to him/her are resolved/ completed within set turnaround time.
  4. Ensure accurate documentation of folders prior delivery to Pag-Ibig/Bank.
  5. Sends daily productivity/ accomplishment report to the Customer Financing-GFI Team Lead.
