Position Summary:
The Corporate Marketing Specialist is responsible for the overall management, marketing and operations of the Amusement Center to achieve revenue targets. This includes initiating and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing agency personnel. The role involves interdepartmental coordination and business development through sponsorships, events and partnerships.

MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Sales Generation
- Marketing Strategies
- Partnerships and Sponsorships
GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Prepares and analyzes sales reports to track progress against revenue targets.
- Initiates and conducts training programs to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper inventory management for operational, party and housekeeping materials.
- Develops and implements manpower schedules to optimize efficiency.
Job Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- With minimum of 3 years work experience in supervisory role for amusement, food chain or event management.
- Proficient in MS Applications.
- Certification or training in First Aid and Customer Service is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
