Construction Management Lead

Job Summary

A Lead construction engineer is responsible for overseeing the execution of construction project from start to completion. The technical leader will ensure projects are delivered safely, transparently, on time, within budget and with highest quality standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.      Project Operation governance and execution to ensure time, quality and cost are met based on company standards and commitments to client.

2.      Technical problem resolution and contractor management   for site issues and concerns including transparent billing evaluation and processing.

3.      Responsible communication to address project issues and concern with sense of urgency including client assistance related to project concern.

4.      Project maintenance during construction up to handover and warranty of the project.

5.      Safety leadership to enforce strict safety standards, hazard preemption and asset integrity.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Technical mastery in project and construction management for horizontal and vertical works., Decisive leadership to manage and negotiate under pressure., Strategic and future mindset to resolve project bottlenecks

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in related project and construction management.
