Marketing Specialist - 1001 Parkway

Job Summary

The Marketing Lead is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, support sales growth, and strengthen the company’s market presence. The role involves event organization, public relations, marketing materials development, and supervising the marketing team to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Provide preparation of marketing collaterals (poster, flyers, email blast, etc.)

· Responsible in all ingress/egress of event collaterals and other project-initiated activities

· Keep manning sites accurate – ensure Estate is always ready to accept guests

· Consolidate reports from various marketing activities and prepare post-mortem reports

· Coordinate with Marketing all marketing needs of the cluster

· Responsible in processing payments and liquidation to suppliers and of employees pertaining to marketing-related activities

Technical Competencies and Skills

Event Planning & Execution, Branding Development, Communication Skills, Problem Solving and Innovation, Strategic Thinking and Agility

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

College Graduate, Preferably Marketing or Communications Major, Min of 2-3 years experience, Real Estate background is an advantage
