Asset Management Specialist

The Asset Management Specialist keeps track of the Rawland database. Supports the Business Planning Officer to maximize the use of these assets by tracking the status of all acquired raw land and maximizing its use. Shall handle Real Property Tax (RPT) payments for raw land.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

RAWLAND INVENTORY (Database)

• Keeps track of the raw land database.
• Shall be responsible for updating information via the Rawland Management System (RLMS).
• Identify raw land that is due for clean-up/transfer of registration.
• Monitor and coordinate the title status with Securities Custodianship.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

• Turnover to Business Planning Officers, identified raw land that is ready for project development.
• Prepare and update Rawland Map and Rawland Inventory for Sale (San Rafael, Don Enrique, Tanza, Tanauan, Binondo).
• Shall handle the completion of documentary requirements with claims (DPWH, DOTr, NGCP).
• Other proposals - Lease, Right of Way
• Coordinates with the Technical Support team to check the raw land status on site.

REAL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS FOR RAWLAND

• Keeps tract on Real Property Tax Payments to avoid penalties and maximize discounts.
• Coordinates with other teams/departments in securing assessments and budget.

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

• Graduate of a four-year Business Course
• Preferably with a background in Project Development and Real Estate Sales/Leasing. ·
• With knowledge of the registration process.
• Knowledgeable in Google Earth
