About the job Financial Reporting Lead - Consolidation & Reporting
Job Summary
The accounting lead supports in the coordination of the company’s general accounting activities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information.Duties and Responsibilities
1.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
· Perform month and year-end
closing activities and reconciliations
· Maintain general ledger
accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances
· Consolidate financial
statements of the company and its subsidiaries
· Prepare Segmented Income
Statements of the company and its subsidiaries
· Generate and distribute
financial reports to management on monthly and timely basis
· Review financial reports to
identify and explain variances
· Support Auditor in conducting
internal and external audit
· Adhere to accounting standard
accounting principles and company procedures
2. OTHERS
· Follow documentation policy
to maintain accounting files
· Perform various special
projects and analysis as requested by management
Technical Competencies and Skills
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point • Knowledge of tax accountingEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required
BS Accountancy, Work Experience in Real Estate Industry
