Job Summary
The HR Assistant for Payroll and Compensation & Benefits will provide essential support in processing payroll, administering employee benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely HR documentation. The role also assists in employee file management, government benefits processing, employee engagement activities, and general HR administrative work. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a solid foundation in HR operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Payroll and Compensation & Benefits (Primary)

Assist in preparing payroll data, validating attendance records, and coordinating with employees for payroll-related concerns.

Process government-mandated benefits including SSS EC, SSS Sickness, PhilHealth, and other statutory filings.

Coordinate required documents for hospitalization-related assistance (e.g., PhilHealth forms).

Monitor and process referral incentives, uniform issuance, birthday benefits, and other employee allowances.
Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to company policies on Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE).

Participate in HR- and OSH-related orientations, trainings, and internal programs.

Support implementation of OSA Management Systems and other HR compliance requirements.
Other Duties

Perform other HR tasks and special assignments as directed by the HR Supervisor/Manager.
Education
-
Graduate of any Bachelors degree (preferably Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or related courses).
Experience
-
Experience in HR, payroll, or C&B is an advantage but not required.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and spreadsheets.
