Job Summary

To ensure that all project related documentation, in particular Design and Engineering drawings are correctly uploaded and downloaded, routed to the appropriate reviewer in FDC and TCE and NEPC and are correctly transmitted, logged in accordance with the agree workflow process and filed electronically so history of review and revisions can be tracked.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Will handle the Wrench Document Management System and provide sufficient training to all Project Team.
  2. Overall, in charge of the transition from the current manual DMS to Wrench
  3. Receives and forwards in line with the approved workflow contractors designs submissions, drawings, calculations and construction methodologies.
  4. Administers the operation of document management system.
  5. Administers the record keeping system to ensure security and accuracy of database and all documents stored.
  6. Monitors access to confidential information; coordinates with ITMS staff on system maintenance and periodic back-up of data.
  7. Conducts annual review and inventory of physical files stored at document storage room. Ensure proper reconciliation of inventory monitoring report with physical records.
  8. Coordinates any issue/concerns within the team that may arise on document management 
  9. Assist when needed in the manual documentation control.
  10. Support other administrative tasks that may be assigned.

Technical Competencies and Skills

Strong computer skills, Knowledge in using documents and records, 1st and 2nd level technical support, Use of online Document Management Systems

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in Document Management for Construction, licensed engineer is an advantage but not necessary
