Job Summary
The Senior HR Manager – OD and Analytics is a key strategic leader responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a data-driven HR culture. This role leads two critical, interconnected functions: designing and implementing high-impact OD programs that improve performance and engagement and building our people analytics capability to transform HR data into predictive, strategic insights. As a senior leader, you will be a trusted advisor to the business, using your expertise in both organizational dynamics and data science to shape our talent strategies and build a high-performing organization.Duties and Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Organizational Development (OD)
Strategic Program Leadership ·
Lead the design, development, and
implementation of core, company-wide OD programs, including performance
management, talent reviews, succession planning, and competency modeling. ·
Drive the end-to-end employee
engagement strategy, from survey design and administration to the analysis of
results and facilitation of enterprise-level action planning.
Organizational Design and Effectiveness ·
Partner with senior business
leaders and HR Business Partners to provide expert consultation on
organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management for major
business transformations.
People (HR) Analytics
Analytics Strategy and Roadmap ·
Develop and execute the company's
people analytics roadmap, advancing our capabilities from descriptive
reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics. ·
Champion the use of data to solve
complex talent challenges and inform strategic workforce planning.
Data Storytelling and Insights ·
Lead the analysis of people data
to uncover deep insights and trends related to talent acquisition, employee
retention, performance, and diversity. ·
Oversee the creation and
enhancement of HR dashboards and reports for the executive leadership team. ·
Translate complex data into
compelling, easy-to-understand stories that drive action.
Team Leadership
Management and Development ·
Lead, mentor, and develop a team
of OD specialists and HR analysts, fostering their technical and consultative
skills. ·
Foster a culture of analytical
curiosity, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement within the team.

Technical Competencies and Skills
• Deep knowledge of OD theories and methodologies, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement. • Superior analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • High proficiency in MS Excel is required. Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g.Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred. • A minimum of 8-12+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources. • At least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity, with proven experience leading teams and programs in both Organizational Development and HR/People Analytics. • Demonstrable experience in managing large-scale
