What You'll Do
Drive Revenue & Profitability
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets for Rooms, F&B, and other revenue streams
- Execute strategic sales action plans aligned with overall hotel objectives
- Identify high-profit opportunities and maximize account potential
- Accurately forecast room blocks and segment allocations
- Monitor account production and implement action plans for growth
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends to stay ahead
Build Strong Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Proactively source new business and nurture long-term client loyalty
- Ensure seamless handling of bookings, contracts, site inspections, and coordination
- Oversee guest experience during hotel stays
- Address concerns promptly and provide effective solutions
Internal Collaboration & Brand Excellence
- Coordinate closely with hotel departments to ensure service excellence
- Uphold and promote the Crimson luxury brand image
- Maintain accurate sales databases, reports, and account histories
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Currently employed in a luxury hotel brand (preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Relationship-driven with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to multi-task
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas
