Construction Management Associate
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of construction projects.
Monitor project progress against schedules, budgets, and scope.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track and report site activities and accomplishments.Prepare and maintain project documentation (contracts, RFAs, RFIs, reports).
Assist in the preparation of progress reports, status updates, and presentations.Review contractor billing, progress claims, and variation orders.
Support preparation of cost estimates and project forecasts.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
Identify and report defects, delays, or non-compliance issues.
Assist in implementing quality control procedures.Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction regulations.
Assist in monitoring site safety practices and incident reporting.Support coordination meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
Ensure alignment between project stakeholders.Technical Competencies and Skills

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
