Job Summary
The Construction Management Associate - Repair and Takeover supervise and ensure repair and take over works will be completed within timeframe and quality standard per assigned projects. He/She will monitor repair work progress in a daily basis and ensure all units repaired are ready for turnover.Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work/Project implementation
• Secure materials (if applicable) and contractors
• Review materials requisition of contractor per award and check stock availability prior to repair
work implementation (if applicable)
• Set-up daily activities, materials, labor & equipment. Check schedule of material deliveries to
warehouse (if applicable).
• Supervise construction/repair works to comply with FLI standards, plans and specifications.
• Ensures completeness of work with good workmanship within timeframe and quality standard
• Ensures proper behavior of workers and obeying FLI rules and regulations
• Updating of work progress monitoring in Smartsheet in a weekly basis
• Assist in renovation/special projects work implementation as needed
2. Inspection, Evaluation Report and Costing
• Inspect/punch-list unit/s for sold, unsold, HDMF, NHMFC and post move-in requests and identify
consequential works needed.
• Prepare scope of works and quantification/budgetary costing base on punch-list/inspection
conducted, plan/s and specifications
• Assist in renovation/special projects inspection and documentations as needed
3. Billing and report keeping
• Records, logs daily accomplishment, attendance/ manpower including materials and occurring
events onsite.
• Prepares accomplishment reports, certificate of completion and work status in a weekly basis
• Validate & process billing request of contractors
• On time liquidation of cash advances and/or submission of receipts for replenishment of petty cash
(if applicable)
• Assist in renovation/special projects in billing/s and reports keeping as needed
4. Housekeeping
• Check materials actual usage on site per accomplishment and monitor/log turnover of replaced
items
• Ensure cleanliness of working area, surroundings units and corridors
5. Research & Development
• Canvass & endorse new type of construction materials
• Evaluation and verification with regard to cost effectiveness, quality and material
testing/application
• Review, recommend and report actual findings and prepare procedures and guidelines for its
implementation
Technical Competencies and Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPointEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer With at least 1-years work experience in construction management/project management
