Job Summary

QUANTITY SURVEYOR FOR CIVIL, STRUCTURAL AND ARCHITECTURAL WORKS

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ (quantity take-off and costing) of Civil, Structural and Architectural Works for HRB, MRB, BPO, Retail, Housing and Amenities as per work assignment.
• Prepare BOQ (quantity take-off and costing) of Land Development Works & Perimeter Fence.
• Prepare breakdown of General Requirements, Manpower Loading, Salary and General Construction Schedule.
• Price sourcing/request for quotation of materials.
• Prepare Unit price analysis (UPA) for CSA.
• Prepare cost comparison of projects.
• Derive elemental cost.
• Attend site visit of projects prior to preparation of cost estimate.
• Recon/clarify scope of works and qty with bidders in bid tabulation (if necessary).
• Tabulate and evaluate bid proposal for Civil, Structural and Architectural Works, Land Development & Perimeter Fence.
• Recon/Clarify bid with bidders for scope of works, quantity and unit cost.
• Prepare agreed project budget (APB) for PCCD amount.
• Recon with project for agreed project budget (APB).
• Flexible and can work under pressure.
• Willing to render overtime to finish work in schedule.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Team player; willing to provide assistance to teammate to submit projects on time.
