Job Summary
The Marketing Lead develops and executes integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees brand management, communications, digital marketing, events, and sales support to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.Duties and Responsibilities
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. EVENT ORGANIZATION
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, campaigns, and activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, and post-event evaluations.
2. CREATION OF MARKETING MATERIALS
• Develop and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Work with designers, copywriters, and third-party agencies for content development.
3. PUBLIC RELATIONS
• Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Craft press releases, media kits, and communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Monitor and respond to public perception of the brand across media channels.
4. SUPERVISION OF MARKETING ASSISTANTS (IF ANY)
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of marketing assistants.
• Provide coaching and guidance to improve productivity and skills.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.

Prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
