Job Summary
The Marketing Support Specialist (MSS) supports Project Development and Sales in developing, implementing, and campaigning programs to drive sales. He/she is responsible for the availability of selling materials and its alignment to brand standards. The MSO champions the marketing needs of specific projects under his/her watch in close coordination with Regional and Corporate Marketing.Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conceptualizes, organizes, and implements marketing and sales generating events, including community engagement initiatives
2. Manages social media pages and undertakes digital marketing through website, social media, and other such channels / platforms that maximize reach and engagement to increase product consideration
3. Works closely with the sales team to deliver sales target and project development team to deliver complete merchandising and execution of milestone events such as e.g. groundbreaking, topping off ceremony, project launches, etc.
4. Manages and keeps accurate inventory of all marketing assets and collaterals i.e. budget, exhibit modules, showroom, marketing collaterals, etc
5. Facilitates and coordinates the development of campaigns and marketing collaterals (posters, flyers, e-mail blast, etc.)
6. Conducts regular competitive scan, research, and other related studies to provide market intelligence in support of the business
7. Ensures that site merchandising is updated and brand standard-compliant
8. Responsible in all ingress/egress of exhibits and monitors exhibit schedules
9. Consolidates all reports from various marketing activities and prepares post-mortem report
10. Responsible in processing payments and liquidation to suppliers and of employees pertaining to marketing related activities
11. Any task that maybe assigned from time to time
