We are looking for Sales Managers to join our Bacolod Inhouse sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • with more than 3years of Real Estate Sales experience
  • minimum of 2 years managerial experience
  • with a ready team of at least 5-8 real estate salesperson upon joining
  • must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
  • Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to eight (8) Property Sales Consultants, throughout the contract
  • Develops & implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team
