About the job Broker Sales Manager- Manila

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects
  2. Serves as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc. and accredited brokers
  3. Assists accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers
  4. Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding;
  5. Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers
  6. Plans/proposes incentive programs to entice brokers – attract more brokers to join the team and generate more sales for the existing ones
  7. Oversee accredited brokers' marketing activities to ensure the sales target is achieved.
  8. Oversees the performance of brokers
  9. Perform other tasks as may be required.

Qualifications:

  1. A graduate of BS REM or any 4-year course
  2. Must have experience in real estate sales or as a Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer
  3. Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.
  4. Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
