About the job Broker Sales Manager- Manila
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects
- Serves as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc. and accredited brokers
- Assists accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers
- Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding;
- Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers
- Plans/proposes incentive programs to entice brokers – attract more brokers to join the team and generate more sales for the existing ones
- Oversee accredited brokers' marketing activities to ensure the sales target is achieved.
- Oversees the performance of brokers
- Perform other tasks as may be required.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS REM or any 4-year course
- Must have experience in real estate sales or as a Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer
- Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
