Job Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect for potential buyers through various lead generation activities (e.g., networking, referrals, online marketing).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to identify suitable Filinvest Land properties in Cebu.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying process.
- Assist clients with inquiries, documentation, and closing procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and Filinvest Land's latest offerings in Cebu.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and support staff.
- Ensures closing of sales and efficient delivery of monthly sales target.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales experience in real estate or other sales industry is an advantage but not required
- Passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Strong self-motivation, drive, and a results-oriented attitude.
- Amenable to do mall manning & digital selling
- Fresh graduates and career-shifters are welcome
