We are now looking for a highly motivated Experienced IT Audit & Risk Consultant English Speaking to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our client portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients across various sectors.
  • Account Management: Maintain and expand existing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide tailored recruitment solutions to clients by understanding their unique needs and presenting the agency's expertise in talent acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between client needs and service delivery.
  • Market Research: Stay informed of market trends and developments in the recruitment industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Regularly update management on sales activities, client feedback, and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Negotiation and consultative selling experience is essential.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive approach, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
