FINAAR - Referral Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FINAAR's Referral Program. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, which apply to individuals who refer candidates to FINAAR for potential job placements. By participating in the referral process, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a referral through FINAAR, you acknowledge and agree to these Referral Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from submitting a referral.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the FINAAR referral program, you must:

• Be of legal age in your country of residence.
• Provide accurate and complete information about the referred candidate.
• Not be an employee of FINAAR or have a conflict of interest with the candidate or hiring company.

3. Referral Process

• Submission: You can submit a referral by providing the necessary information about the candidate (name, contact details, qualifications) via our referral form or platform.
• Referral Validity: The referred candidate must be new to FINAAR’s database. Referrals of individuals already in our system or previously referred by another party may not be eligible for referral benefits.

4. Referral Rewards

• Reward Conditions: If your referred candidate is successfully hired by one of FINAAR’s clients, you may be eligible for a referral reward. The reward will be determined based on the specific referral campaign in place at the time of submission.
• Payment of Rewards: Referral rewards will be issued once the referred candidate has completed a probationary period (typically 3 months), unless otherwise specified in the campaign.
• Reward Notification: FINAAR will notify you of the referral status, and any applicable reward will be communicated upon successful placement.

5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

• Candidate Consent: By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained the candidate’s consent to share their personal data with FINAAR.
• Data Usage: FINAAR will process the referred candidate’s information in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations. The referrer’s details will be kept confidential unless express permission is given.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided about the candidate is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may disqualify you from receiving a referral reward.

7. Non-Eligibility for Rewards

FINAAR reserves the right to withhold referral rewards in cases where:

• The referred candidate is already in our system or has been referred by another individual.
• The referral process was not followed according to these Terms & Conditions.
• The referred candidate does not complete the necessary hiring and probationary process.

8. Non-Binding Nature

Submitting a referral does not guarantee that the referred candidate will be hired by FINAAR’s clients. The recruitment process is based on the candidate’s qualifications, fit for the role, and the client’s decision.

9. Changes to Terms

FINAAR reserves the right to update or modify these Referral Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided through the referral platform, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
