Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a preference for public accounting audit experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting 
• Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• CPA designation preferred, though not required
