Position Title:

Director of Property Management

Location:

Marin County, CA (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of property operations, fleet logistics, and space planning

• Manage annual budgets and future strategic plans

• Oversee capital improvement projects, preventive maintenance, and work order systems

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations

• Facilitate cross-departmental transitions, events, and space usage

Qualifications:

• 7+ years' experience in facilities, fleet, or grounds management (3+ management)

• Extensive knowledge of building systems, safety procedures/processes, and sustainability standards

• Proven experience in project, budget, team, and vendor management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facilities/fleet software tools

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and strategic thinking skills

• Bilingual w/Spanish fluency a plus

• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $124,000
