Client Service Associate

 Job Description:

Our client is an independent financial planning firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate/Admin Assistant to join their team. This individual will be crucial in supporting financial advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client inquiries and service requests, via phone and email.
  • Prepare and process client paperwork, forms, and account applications.
  • Recording notes and dictations in the CRM. 
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings and preparing files.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding client requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Other general administrative tasks such as scanning documents, mailing client information, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least three years of experience at a professional services firm.
  • Currently working in a client service-related role.
