About the Role:
The Operations Associate is more than just a front desk position; it is an integral part of our client-first approach and the broader operations of our team. As a key player in our shared stewardship of client relationships, this person will provide administrative support to both our team and our clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A day in the life of the Receptionist may include:
- Warmly greeting visitors, creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere while clients await their appointments.
- Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member efficiently and professionally.
- Engaging with clients to identify and celebrate Raving Fan moments, a cornerstone of our client satisfaction approach.
- Coordinating in-person meetings, managing visitor logs, and communicating with building security.
- Managing appointment scheduling for client meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and team members, and optimizing the daily workflow of the office.
- Assisting with event planning, office inventory management, and other projects as needed.
- Supporting client requests such as client portal access and address updates.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure compliance efforts are smoothly managed by submitting reports and documentation for approval.
- Participating in team meetings and continuous learning opportunities to stay aligned with firm goals and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Has 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is highly organized, with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrates strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience. Our benefits package includes:
